to start the return process for online orders go to our return portal

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

★ RETURNS MUST BE DELIVERED BACK TO US WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF DELIVERY.
Return requests must be submitted and shipped back within that window. If your return arrives late, it will be rejected and returned to you.

★ Returns are eligible for store credit only — no refunds unless the item is damaged (see below).

★ Items discounted 20% or more
★ Flash Sales, $22 Tuesdays, Live Sale Threads
★ Anything marked FINAL SALE on the tag, packing slip, or product page

Final sale items sent back will be marked return to sender.

🖤 Graphic tees and sweatshirts are eligible for return, as long as they meet all conditions below.

 

★ RETURN CONDITION REQUIREMENTS:

★ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
★ No makeup stains, deodorant, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or signs of wear
★ Shoes must be sent back in their original shoebox, placed inside another shipping bag or box
 → A label directly on the shoebox = 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit

 

★ DAMAGED ITEMS

★ Every item is thoroughly inspected before shipping.
★ If something still arrives damaged, please email us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and your order number.
★ Approved damage claims may receive a refund or replacement, depending on availability.

 

★ PREORDERS

★ Preorders are always non-refundable.
★ These items are custom made and ordered per customer.
★ Preorder shipping delays are out of our control and not grounds for cancellation.
★ If your preorder is damaged, you must report it within 5 business days with clear photos.

★ EXCHANGES

★ We do not offer direct exchanges or holds.
To exchange:
 1. Return your original item per the policy
 2. Use your store credit to place a new order (if the item is still in stock)

★ Store credit = item price minus return label cost (if provided by us)

★ SHIPPING COSTS

★ Original shipping fees are non-refundable
★ If we issue a return label, that cost is deducted from your store credit

★ Once received, please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your return
★ Store credit will be emailed to the address on file

★ CANCELLATIONS

★ Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled for a refund
★ If it hasn’t shipped yet, we can issue store credit
★ If it has shipped, it must be returned per the policy above

★ SEZZLE RETURNS

★ Sezzle orders follow the same return rules — store credit only
★ Your Sezzle payment plan will continue as scheduled (we cannot cancel or pause payments)
