↩️ RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
We want you to love your Cowgirl Couture order! Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
RETURN WINDOW Returns must be delivered back to us within 7 business days of your delivery date. Requests submitted or packages received outside this window will be rejected and returned to sender.
STORE CREDIT ONLY All eligible returns are issued as store credit — no cash refunds, unless an item arrives damaged (see below).
FINAL SALE — NOT RETURNABLE The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Preorders
- Accessories
- Leggings, bodysuits, swimwear, pajamas, athletic wear
- Makeup
- Items discounted 20% or more
- Flash Sales, $22 Tuesdays, and Live Sale items
- Anything marked FINAL SALE on the tag, packing slip, or product page
Final sale items sent back will be returned to sender.
✅ Graphic tees and sweatshirts are eligible for return if all conditions below are met.
RETURN CONDITIONS Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smell, or any signs of wear
Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, placed inside a separate shipping bag or box. Placing a label directly on the shoebox will result in a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.
DAMAGED ITEMS Every order is carefully inspected before it leaves us. If something arrives damaged, please email us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Approved claims will receive a refund or replacement depending on availability.
PREORDERS Preorders are non-refundable — these items are made to order specifically for you. Shipping delays on preorders are outside of our control and are not grounds for cancellation. Damage must still be reported within 3 business days with photos.
EXCHANGES We don't offer direct exchanges or holds. To exchange an item:
- Return your original item following the policy above.
- Use your store credit to place a new order (subject to availability).
SHIPPING COSTS
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If we provide a return label (damaged items only), the label cost will be deducted from your store credit.
- All other returns must be shipped at the customer's expense.
CANCELLATIONS Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled for a cash refund. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can issue store credit. If it has already shipped, it must be returned per the policy above.
SEZZLE ORDERS Sezzle orders follow the same return policy — store credit only. Please note that your Sezzle payment plan will continue on its original schedule per Sezzle's terms; this is outside of our control.

Please include your packing slip or a note with your order number. Allow 5–7 business days for processing once we receive your return. Store credit will be emailed to the address on file.
