SHIPPING POLICY

★ PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING!
We’re a small team doing our best to get your orders out quickly — but every item has a specific turnaround time (TAT) depending on what you order. By placing an order, you’re agreeing to the timelines listed below. If you ever have questions about timing, don’t hesitate to reach out first! 💌

 TURNAROUND TIME (TAT)

★ In stock items: 1-3 business days (does not include shipping time)
★ Made-to-order graphics: 14–21 business days — we try for sooner, but this is our max
★ Preorders: TAT is always listed in the product description — please read carefully!

★ Business days = Monday through Friday only. Weekends and holidays don’t count toward turnaround time.

PREORDERS + COMBINED ORDERS

★ If you order a preorder item with an in-stock item, the entire order ships when the preorder is ready.
★ We do not split shipments — we’re a small biz and can’t cover shipping twice.
★ If you want something faster, please place separate orders!

TRACKING

★ Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
★ Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it!

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

★ If your order is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, please:
 — Double check your address
 — Ask neighbors
 — Contact your local post office OR ups
★ Once a package is marked as delivered, we cannot replace or refund it.
★ If a package is confirmed lost in transit, store credit may be issued depending on the situation. 

ADDRESS ISSUES

★ Double check your shipping info before submitting your order!
★ If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll need to cover the cost of shipping to you again.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

★ Yes, we ship worldwide! Rates are calculated at checkout.
★ Any import taxes, duties, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

★ For order updates, please email us only if it’s been 5+ business days and your item is not a preorder.
