Shipping policy
📦 SHIPPING POLICY:
Thank you for shopping with Cowgirl Couture! We're a small team that puts care into every order. Please take a moment to review our shipping info before ordering — by placing an order, you agree to the timelines below.
TURNAROUND TIME (TAT)
- In-stock items: 1–3 business days (not including shipping time)
- Made-to-order graphics: 14–21 business days — we always aim for sooner!
- Preorders: TAT is listed in each product description — please read carefully before ordering.
- Business days = Monday–Friday. Weekends and holidays are not included.
PREORDERS + COMBINED ORDERS
- If your order includes a preorder item and an in-stock item, everything ships together when the preorder is ready.
- We do not split shipments — please place separate orders if you need something sooner!
TRACKING
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it!
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- If your order is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, please start by double-checking your address, checking with neighbors, and contacting your local post office or UPS.
- If your package still cannot be located, we encourage you to file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS/UPS) as soon as possible — claims must be submitted promptly to remain eligible, so don't wait!
- We're here to help every step of the way. Once a carrier claim has been filed and all steps have been completed, we will work with you to either remake your item or issue store credit.
- Please note: once a package is marked as delivered, we are unable to issue an immediate replacement or refund — but we will always do our best to make it right through the claims process.
ADDRESS ISSUES
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order! If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We ship worldwide! Rates are calculated at checkout.
- Any import taxes, duties, or customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking your country's import policies before ordering.
